information sets forth our DO NOT CALL policies and procedures concerning your privacy:
CALLING HOURS -- Our representatives will not initiate telemarketing sales calls to individuals before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday (local time zone), or during other times restricted by local laws.
IDENTIFICATION -- Persons representing Hilton Head Hospitality, LLC for telephone soliciation purposes will clearly state they are calling on our behalf, and provide their name and a telephone number through which we can be contacted.
"DO NOT CALL" LIST -- Hilton Head Hospitality, LLC has established certain practices to effectively prevent telephone solicitations to those individuals who request not to be called. First and foremost, we have contracted with Gryphon Networks Corp. to automate the management of our Do-Not-Call List. Persons representing us for purposes of telephone solicitations must register a consumer's request to not receive future solicitation calls by immediately adding their telephone number to our company Do-Not-Call database via the Gryphon Network. We will maintain those numbers on our list for at least 10 years, or until you request to be removed from the list.
TRAINING -- Prior to engaging in telemarketing activities, all of our sales personnel are instructed via training sessions or by a supervisor on responding to a consumer who wishes to be placed on our Do Not Call List. The policies and procedures set forth in this document are made available to all or our teleservices representatives, and are periodically reviewed as part of our ongoing business practices.
DO NOT MAIL POLICY -- Hilton Head Hospitality, LLC has products and services many consumers find beneficial. We occasionally mail information to members of the public we believe would be interested in learning more about our services and products. We understand some individuals prefer to not receive unsolicited mail. As such, we have instituted a process for individuals to request being placed on our company-sponsored Do Not Mail List. The process for being placed on our "Do Not Mail" List is the same as for our "Do Not Call" List. When you make your request, please ask to be placed on both lists. While we will make every attempt to honor no direct-mail solicitations, we cannot guarantee an individual will never again receive mail from us. The volume of our mailings requires us to automate the process of excluding names from any given campaign.
